 He's the water warrior. Luca grew up in with President Shinra's 
family in Junon and left for Midgar when he was 11 years old. He used 
to be Rufus's friend (maybe the only Rufus even had). A year later, 
Scarlett send him outside of Shinra HQ, to test his skills with a man 
from SOLDIER. The SOLDIER orders to him to kill a poor man, named 
Jeremy Davelos, just for practising his ability. Luca refused to kill 
this innocent man and kills the man from SOLDIER instead of Jeremy. 
The poor man was so grateful that he adopted and escaped with him to 
Costa Del Sol. Now the Shinra want to capture him. After returning to 
Midgar, he meets the other Elementaliens wandering Midgar , searching 
a way to stop Shinra. Maybe AVALANCHE can help them... Luca lives in 
Davelos's mansion in Sector 1, where he passed long time in the 
library and in the pool to play with Camille the dolphin. If there 
are girls and adventure, Luca will be a good ally in any quest.
