but will act friendly so he can get close and steal something.  Usually
goes and steals for fun and wastes his money on gambling.  Would try to
make an actual living, but he enjoys being a thief too much.  Enjoys
having a good time.

-Background: Was born in the Sector 1 slums.  After training from his
father to become a thief, took up acting to make an honest living. 
After realizing that pick pocketting was more fun and profitable, took
up both occupations.
        When he raised enough money, he moved to the upper plate and became an
actor in the Sector one.  Would often wait around outside a theater
until the crowd left, then he would steal anything he could.
        After he was caught, robbing a lady of great importance, went into
hiding and gave up acting as a proffesion, but he still enjoyed acting. 
Got a tan, grew his hair longer, and got a moustache and ghoti to not
look so conspicuous. He got married three times under three different
names, but enjoying bachelorhood more, ran off on his wives and stole
about half of what they owned.
        Currently he is still a thief and makes a good living, if he didn't
blow all of his money all the time.
