the Syndicate he is respected for his skills, but considered to be a loose

-Background: His mother died giving birth to him and his brother, causing the
father to lose his
sanity.  Not thinking clearly, the father donated his children to Hojo for
"testing." Hojo 
discovering that the twins identical DNA would allow one to be used as a
"control" group.  Modifying his brothers DNA, Hojo intended to let the twins
grow up and compair what he created (Argoulors brother) to what it would
become normally (Argoulor.) Unfortunatly, one of Hojo's assistants surgically
removed and mako infused Argoulors eyes, mistaking him for his twin.  Hojo was
enraged and abandoned both children to the slums of Midgar, where Argoulor was
taken in and raised, what happened to his brother after that was unknown.

-Weapons:High-Power Rifle: Holds 10 shells before needing to reload, has a
very long
range.  It has a 5 second delay between shots to position the shell.
Customized exploding shells do exist, but hard to find
Prototype Mako Gun: EXTREMELY ILLEGAL. Works the same as Heidiggers exept for
3 points:
1) It overheats quickly and can explode during excessive usage (not pleasant).
2) Only fires lightning elemental shots
3) Voltage fluxuates randomly
-Armour: Jenarius Syndicate Body Armor (For all practical purposes, a Shinra
Beta)
-Materia: Carries a time materia but hates using it
