Rio Yokaze
Born in Wutai, Rio's parents were killed in the war. He is not sure who killed his father, but his mother was killed by Tyr Signus, the current head of SOLDIER. Rio was trained in the arts of ninjitsu by his grandfather, during his classes, he met and befriended Yuffie. After Yuffie's departure and his grandfather's death, Rio moved to Midgar, looking to avenge his parents' death. He has joined AVALANCHE, thinking that they have the best hope of harming Shinra permanently, and giving him the oppurtunity to face Signus again.
