BRAND NAMES OF THE TALES OF MIDGAR

As the Tales of Midgar grew, so did the desire to make it a
totally unique world.  However, despite this attempt to be
unique, a few things from our day and age has slipped into
the world... under different names.

This document lists "Midgar Culture" in brand name labels
and other related things that most people would know.  For
instance, we all know what AOL, Sprite, and NBC are.  Well,
in Midgar, you'd know about MOL, Sparkle, and SNN.

FOOD/DRINK
~~~~~~~~~~

Tresbonnebiere: A beer
Sparkle: Soda like Sprite
Mitalian Soda: Italian Soda
Salmon Fish Restaurant: A famous restaurant around the Shinra
	Circle.
Hippo's Hotdogs: A hotdog fast-food chain.  One of them is
	outside of the Sector 1 stadium.

COMPANIES
~~~~~~~~~

PHS: Personal Home Systems, an electronics company that makes
	portable devices like cell phones, pagers, portable
	CD players, laptops, et cetera.  They also do appliances
	and bathroom electronics like razors and hairdryers.

Shinra Motor Vehicles: A company that manufactures cars and
	trucks.  Now known as Midgar Motor Vehicles.

SNN: Shinra News Network
SIS: Shinra Information Station
MOL: Midgar On-line

SERVICES

MSF: Midgar Security Force, i.e. the Police

LOCATIONS
~~~~~~~~~

Shinra Circle (now Midgar Circle): The avenue that circles
	entirely around the Shinra Headquarters (now the Midgar
	Tower).

LANGUAGES/CULTURE

Mitalian: Language like Italian
Wutainese: Wutai's language
Wutaigo: Wutai's language, said in Wutainese.  (Note: Japanese is
	a major dialect of Wutai).
