-General Appearance: Teck radiates an appearance of inner-peace and 
willingness to help, even though he generally isn't smiling.  He's the kind 
that looks like he would help old ladies cross the street.  But if you look 
again, you would see how being a soldier for Rufus 3 years ago had changed 
his life, hardening his spirit and his friendliness.  Boot camp trained him 
to kill; you can see it in his eyes.

-Personality: Teck is friendly, quick thinking, and deathly loyal.  Loyalty 
is something that ranks very high on his list of importance.  Since he works 
for the Midgar Police Force, his loyalty extends to his fellow policemen, 
his captain, and the high officials above him.  He takes anything his fellow 
officers and captain says as the truth.  But outside of his loyalty, he is a 
headstrong young man that would rather do things his way to get them done 
quicker.  Teck would rather make friends than enemies, but he won't go out 
of his way to be friends with everyone he meets.  Also, Teck doesn't like to 
admit it, but he is claustrophobic.

be cool, collected, even distance under fire.  The government only 
recognizes him as a person on their payroll.  An unknown cop.

-Background: Teck was born in Junon.  As he grew up, he would watch the 
soldiers marching in the streets below his house.  Watching them gave him an 
idea of what he would like to do with his life.  When his eighteenth 
birthday came around, he said goodbye to his parents and went directly to 
the Offices in Junon.  At the Offices, Teck was tested mentally, physically, 
and emotionally for any instabilities and they found that he would make a 
perfect soldier!  So he had his training in Junon, a whole year of boot 
camp, and was then shipped to Midgar, where they were low on soldiers.  When 
he arrived, he made a few friends…(Taylor, Bit, Duck, Kevin, and Skin..) 
went on his first patrol and ran into Sephiroth (but he doesn't know it was 
Sephiroth, the audience does). He helped subdue the riot during the big 
rebellion under the Shinra building, seeing the death of too many friends, 
was trampled by the mob himself.  Only Taylor and him was the last of their 
squad, and Teck isn't positive Taylor made it out alive.  Midgar is a big 
place.  After Rufus was 'chased' out of Midgar, a democracy began to appear 
slowly, with caring people finally in charge of Midgar.  Teck moved on with 
his life, never forgetting the woman that saved him, though he doesn't know 
her name (audience knows that it was Serah Jade, a woman who lived under the 
plate.. but what has become of her after 3 years?).  Joining the Midgar 
Police Force as soon as he was well, and taking a side job as an 
investigator for the Force, he was set on his feet and lives a steady life..

-Other notes: Teck was in the 'old' TOM story line, after the decline, but 
before the rebirth.  He lives on the plate, in an apartment, alone, and 
doesn't own a car.  He depends on carpooling and the newly arising public 
transportation (i.e. buses, trains, chocobo-trollies?) to get from place to 
place, or if all else fails, walking.  He is searching for Taylor if he is 
still alive and being a cop just might help him find him.
