-General Appearance: Hojo stays calm and laid-back mostly, almost never appearing to be tense.  When he does get tense you can figure that the situation is very bad.  The white lab coat moves with him easily, as it is extremely broken in and is normal attire for him.  His hair often looks sloppy, which is the reason for the ponytail.

He prefers to tell whatever it is he's telling straight out, although hesitating is convenient at times.  He's strict and caring at the same time, and his moods can change as fast as the wind does direction.

-Background: Very little is known about this man.  What little that was known was stored in Shin-Ra databanks, which were conveniently wiped when he was fired from their service.  He's performed countless experiments in the past, and continues to in the present, in his quest for knowledge.  He has stumbled upon countless secrets and knows more than anyone thinks, and has many experimental projects that no one knows about.  Hojo is an enigma and plans to stay one - at least to those not close to him.
