Playful and mischievous, she likes to limit her friends, but don’t get lead on by her seductive charms and appearance, she can get quite aggressive at people who don’t do well in her good books and is very vengeful. -Background: As a youth, Galia Gear grew up in a secure family in Junon with her sister, Carla Gear and her parents, Richard and Alison Gear. However much they appeared to be a pleasant family, they truth lay beneath the surface to reveal that Alison and Richard were continuously fighting, leaving there children in a frightened and moody manner, this may have influenced Galia’s naturally aggressive nature. At the age of 8, this resulted to her parent’s death. After concluding a heavy argument in the car on their way for a holiday, the car collided into a building killing the two parents and bruising Galia emotionally for life. Soon after this grief-stricken event, Galia and her younger sister were forced to relocate their home and re-build their lives. Bright and independent, Galia knew that it was her responsibility to look after Carla until they had both found themselves in a secure and permanent stature. With this new -found confidence, Galia and Carla Gear set of for Midgar. There, they were taken in by a kind old widow who felt pity for the youths. Before this incident, Galia handed her sister a materia necklace, much similar to hers except Galia’s was blue, Carla’s was red (fire materia). Galia at first was not certain what she wanted to make of her life, she thought herself to young and beautiful to have to bother with a job. Galia’s question was soon answered, for only a week or so after her staying with the widow, she found herself in a tight situation with some Shinra Troops. It was there that Galia discovered her true talent in the fields of Martial Arts and therefore was taken by the widow every day to the gym for exercise and vigorous training. At the age of 15, she set of on her own and found a broken down apartment in the middle of the slums to restart her life. She then continued to train daily, this enabled Galia to reach and excel in the full power of her body, where she realized her true body and soul’s strength. Positive and out-going and by eighteen years old, Galia was recruited as a spy by the Turks, who were much impressed by her physical and inner soul and power. Further on from this event, Galia spots Luca the Elementalian and charms him with her playful and devious ways, and this time she falls pregnant. Galia is horrified, she had always been a charmer, never let any man too close, she reeled him in then after her seducing him, tossed him back. Currently, Galia is 2 months pregnant and has her heart set on an abortion. In the meantime, Galia occupies herself with gym sessions six o’clock in the morning and daily Archery practice, which she as a young girl (6 years old) had trained with her dad once a week till his death. Galia as I mentioned, keeps her list of friends short, these people include Vixen whom she met at the gym one day while training,Chello and Ethan whom she had met after asking Ethan to portrait her on canvas. This list is short as most people find it hard to break through her shell of attitude, flirtatiousness and gay remarks. She also always carries around at least 60 Gils with her in a little pouch on her belt. -Other notes: Galia is very mischievous and flirtatious and doesn't’t let any man too close to touch, however, mistakes do happen which lead Galia’s utter disappointment in her pregnancy. It is Galia’s tendencies to be seductive and playful that leads to her down fall in many female relationships, this is why she feels a certain closeness to Vixen and considers her Galia’s best friend other than her faithful sister, Carla.
