Though he says he prefers to be alone he enjoys the company of others and 
hates traveling alone,
he gets it into his head that other people have a low opinion of him and is 
always trying
to live up to false expectations. He doesn't appreove of dishonesty and 
bullying. (like every

-Background: Coal's heritage lies in Wutai, he was sent out as soon as he 
reached manhood
and has spent most of his life in Cosmo Canyon or Gongaga. Upon leaving 
Home, Coal wandered
south to the end of the continent, it was upon reaching this place that he 
caught Chaos,
The black Chocobo that bore him across to the next continent where he came 
to Gongaga.
The people of the small town took pity on him and gave him shelter and food 
for a few
years. They told him stories about places like Midgar, and Nibelhiem and in 
his quest for
knowledge he went to Cosmo Canyon, he spent the last few years there 
learning, but as everyone
knows, experience is better than knowledge, so with Chaos, he set out for 
Midgar.
