special and they make him fit in. The only piece of jewelry he wears is a 
necklace with a cross on the end.

General Appearance: Small and thin with blue eyes and messy dark brown hair. 
Wears dark clothing and a silver necklace. Missing a finger from his left 
hand. Always carries his long sword and dagger. At first glance he appears 
to be sneaky and sly.

-Personality: Although Billee is a thief and is wary of people, he is a 
friendly, gentle man, who will do everything in his power to help the people 
who need his help. Generally he is very quiet and likes to keep himself to 
himself and work alone. However, he is quick-tempered and his sharp tongue 
and his cocky way of throwing insults have led him into trouble on more than 
one occasion. He is very bright and learns quickly, but he often rushes into 
dangerous situations without thinking clearly. He doesn't particularly like 
fighting and will avoid violence whenever possible, but when he does fight, 
he likes to fight dirty.

-Background: Billee was born in the Sector 4 slums, the oldest of five 
children. Like everyone else in the slums, their family was very poor and 
sometimes food was scarce. When Billee was thirteen years old his father 
died and, as the oldest male, it was up to Billee to help his mother to 
support the family.
Billee had always been a quiet, well behaved boy, but his fathers death 
upset him a great deal. Around this time, he fell in with a group of older 
children and picked up some clever tricks from them. When their leader, Joe, 
realised that Billee could be really useful to them, he taught him 
everything the gang knew about stealing. Billee began to work for them and 
was able to take money home to his mother.
When he was fifteen, Billee left the group and began to work on his own. He 
became quite well known in the slums and occasionally helped out other 
people. That was how he met Kane, a year later. The young mercenary, who was 
searching for information about Hojo, became Billee's only real friend. 
Billee couldn't help him, but he left Midgar and journeyed with Kane for a 
while. The two men became quite close, but finally they had to part.
Billee returned to Midgar and continued to work there. During a fight, he 
was wounded badly in his left hand, and as a result, he lost his finger. Yet 
he still continues to help the people of Midgar and is waiting for any news 
of Kane. He knows that, at some point, Kane's search will lead him back to 
Midgar and Billee is hoping to be able to help him in his search for 
answers.
