-Build: Slim, with a strong set of shoulders. Is a lot more agile
        and dextrous than he looks.
-Facial Features: Lined and old as per his age, but rather than
        looking weak and tired, his face has a sense of steel.
-Identifying Marks: Uses a cane, but clearly doesn't need it.
-Dress/Clothing/Jewelry: Wears a neatly pressed suit, much like the
        Turks.
-General Appearance: Comes across as a very neat, business-like
        person. Personality wise, he comes across as a complete
        blank.

-Occupation: Turk Special Espionage Agent
-Secondary Skills: Able to stay one step ahead of anyone who
        wants to catch him. Yes, he is designed to take the piss
        out of all of you that way.
-Extra abilities: Trained in the use of over 255 different weapons,
        but doesn't appear to possess even one on his person despite
        his apparent profiency. He's also a capable espionage agent,
        which is the main reason he's in the Turks, afterall.
-Hobbies: Oragami. He does it in an almost absent minded manner
        when he reviews whatever data he's picked up.

-Personality: Mr. Adem does not possess a sense of humour I'm
        aware of. Or any other finer points of humanity, positive
        or otherwise. That doesn't mean he's a monstrous, heartless
        killer: For that, one would require a certain amount of
        sadism and an unhealthy dose of psychosis. Mr. Adem is
        just.... Mr. Adem.

-Background: Mr. Adem has been a member of the Turks since its
        inception long ago by the former President Shinra.
        Actually he'd been in Shinra even before that, acting as
        a security chief and right hand man for the former
        president in the early years before thier boom with Makou
        energy distribution. And more surreptitiously, he acted as
        the presidents personal spy and information gatherer:
        helping Shinra sabotage the efforts of rival companies and
        gradually building his own company into the veritable
        monopoly that Shinra Inc. became years later.

        Once Shinra Inc. became the powerhouse (literally) of Midgar,
        it's not unlikely that the Turks were created so that Mr.
        Adem had a particular section to belong to: being both a
        security section for Shinra Inc. as well as being capable
        of much more than the law would normally allow. Whether this
        was a badge of honour, or Pres. Shinra's attempt at
        pidgeonholing a valuable employee is uncertain, however,
        since Mr. Adem refused to take on a leadership role as a
        member of the Turks, and chose to do field ops, instead.

        Since that time, Mr. Adem has been moving from town to town
        in the world on Shinra's behalf: mainly to collect
        information on whatever seemed of note or importance and
        handing that over information to his employers, who decided
        what to do based upon his observations. Since his missions
        take him far away and for long periods of time from Midgar,
        he is unaware of the dramatic change of administration that
        has taken place since his absence. Or perhaps he is and just
        accepts it. No one really knows with Mr. Adem.

        Turks due to his seniority. But virtually unheard of by
        other members of Shinra, or any other organisation for
        that matter.

-Other notes: While Mr. Adem's loyalties apparently lie with
        Shinra, the question is: Why? Why does he continue to
        stay with the company? He has no particular emotional
        ties with Shinra (or emotions, period), he doesn't
        hold a particularly high ranking position (being a
        field ops man is about as low as one could get in the
        Turks. It meant running around a lot. And ruining one's
        neatly pressed suit), and he doesn't appear to be the
        kind of man who's motivated by good pay or other
        monetary gains. So why does he continue to "fight the
        good (?) fight"?
